 EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

 

We will be happy to exchange or  to issue a credit for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition (with hangtags and in its packaging) within 15 business days.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of any tights that have been worn.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

  1. 1.       Please contact our customer service to receive a return authorization at:  1 800-363-1952, or mondor@mondor.com

A customer service representative will ask you for details of the product you are returning and the reason for the return. Please clearly mention if you would like to exchange the item or get a credit. Once you have advised customer service about your return and received a return authorization, you will be able to send the item back through regular mail.

  1. 2.       Please make sure to write the authorization # on the package.

Upon reception of the returned item, we will provide you with an exchange item or credit to your credit card. Once the item is inspected, we will credit the amount and the shipping fees. A copy of the bill must be in the package. This process should take up to 5 business days from receipt of the returned item.

 

4. An email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and any details of the replacement items if applicable. 

 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Mondor has no control over these charges, nor can Mondor predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
