Business Development Representative

We serve a high-level fashion and sports clientele in Canada, the United States and internationally.

Reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing, MONDOR is looking for a Business Development Representative who, through their involvement, plays a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will need to be able to make dozens of calls every day, work with distribution partners, generate interest and qualify potential customers.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

  • College diploma, university degree an asset
  • 3+ years of experience in sales “hunter profile”
  • Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills
  • Proven business development experience
  • Prospecting, lead generation, identifying, qualifying new business opportunities through various prospecting techniques, including online research, social networks, industry events and references
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of the client
  • At ease with business productivity and web presentation tools
  • Ability to work with a CRM
  • Versatility, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Address qualified opportunities to manufacturing agents in designated territories for future development and sales
  • Understanding the retail and competitive sports environments
  • Maintain and expand the database of potential customers in the various territories
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Bilingual a must
  • Experience in B2B sales (an asset)
  • Any other related tasks

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Full time, permanent (37.5 h)

Location: On-site at our Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu office

Salary: to be discussed based on experience

Start date: October 2024
