EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

It is our pleasure to exchange or credit any unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags within 15 business days of receiving your package.

Important note: For hygienic reasons, related to certain items, it is not permitted to return tights, socks, stockings and foot covers that are unpacked and/or worn.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

How to return items in 4 easy steps:

  1. Complete the return form included and indicate the reasons why you want to return your item.

  2. Pack the item (s) to be returned with the original invoice and the filled-out form in the package in which you received your initial parcel or in any well-sealed postbag

  3. Place the prepaid delivery label (bar code) on the package, and affix the Mondor label (including the address) to properly cover your name and address.

  4. Drop the package at one of the many UPS service points.

Normally, we will process your return within 10 business days of receiving your package. Following the return process, a credit for the returned merchandise (excluding delivery charges) will be applied to the credit card and/or account used to place the initial order. There may be a delay before the credited amount appears on your statement.

The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Mondor has no control over these charges, nor can Mondor predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
